Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Manage My Visit website and related visitor tools at managemyvisit.com (the "Service"), operated by Spot Parking Inc. ("Spot Parking," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate information when using the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account credentials and for maintaining the security of your devices.

Parking Sessions, Permits, and Citations

The Service facilitates parking purchases, session management, and citation payment where offered by the parking operator. Rates, rules, and enforcement are set by the operator and applicable law. You are responsible for entering correct vehicle and contact information.

Transactional SMS

During checkout or when you text in to start or manage a parking session, you may opt in to receive automated transactional text messages on the Manage My Visit short code at the mobile number you provide. This short code program sends only non-marketing messages about your parking session (for example, confirmations, reminders, and session updates). It does not send one-time passcodes, verification or login codes, marketing messages, or pay or product-access invites. Account and guest verification uses passkeys on your device, not text messages. Opt-in is optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchasing parking.

Separately, when you verbally request a pay or product-access link at an operator's desk, you may opt in to receive a transactional invite message from a dedicated Spot Parking telephone number (not the Manage My Visit short code). That message includes an HTTPS link and a one-time access code. Desk invites require in-person verbal consent, which staff must confirm in Spot Admin before a message is sent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing parking or using other payment or access methods at the operator's desk, except where messaging is required to deliver the specific service you requested (for example, if you ask us to text you a pay link). Pay or product-access invite texts are typically one message per desk invite. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

Messages may display the parking operator's white-label name as the guest-facing brand; Spot Parking Inc. is the brand of record and operates the Manage My Visit platform. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See also our SMS Terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize charges for parking fees, taxes, and related amounts displayed at checkout. Failed or disputed charges may result in suspended access until resolved.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of operator rules
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
• Provide false or misleading information

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and content, is owned by Spot Parking or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal parking-related purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services subject to their own terms, including:

• Google Play Services
• Mapbox
• Stripe

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOT PARKING DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOT PARKING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Spot Parking against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from wireless carrier messaging services or SMS messages delivered through the Manage My Visit program.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Utah County, Utah.
