SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to automated text messages sent in connection with Manage My Visit at managemyvisit.com, including the Manage My Visit short code program and the separate Spot Parking pay or product-access invite program, operated by Spot Parking Inc. ("Spot Parking," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

The Manage My Visit short code sends only non-marketing, transactional text messages about your parking session (for example, confirmations, reminders, and session updates) when you opt in during checkout or text in to start or manage a parking session. The short code does not send one-time passcodes, verification or login codes, marketing messages, or pay or product-access invites. Account and guest verification uses passkeys on your device, not text messages.

Separately, Spot Parking operates an optional pay or product-access invite program on a dedicated telephone number (not the Manage My Visit short code). That program sends a transactional message with an HTTPS link to pay or access a product and a one-time access code after in-person verbal consent at an operator's desk and staff confirmation in Spot Admin. Opt-in to the short code program is not opt-in to the invite program, and vice versa.

Messages may display the parking operator's white-label name as the guest-facing brand. Spot Parking Inc. is the brand of record and operates the Manage My Visit platform.

Opt-In and Consent

You must affirmatively opt in before we send SMS messages for each program. For session alerts on the Manage My Visit short code, you opt in during checkout or by texting in. For pay or product-access invites, you opt in in person by verbal consent at the operator's desk; staff must confirm that consent in Spot Admin before a message is sent from the dedicated Spot Parking invite number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing parking or using other payment or access methods at the operator's desk, except where messaging is required to deliver the specific service you requested (for example, if you ask us to text you a pay link). Message frequency varies; pay or product-access invite texts are typically one message per desk invite. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and Opt-Out

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel messages from the applicable program. After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation of your opt-out request.

Data Use

Mobile numbers collected for transactional SMS (including parking session alerts on the Manage My Visit short code and pay or product-access invite messages on the dedicated Spot Parking invite number) and related SMS opt-in/consent data will not be sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as required to deliver messages you requested.
